All orders will be shipped out via Fedex and are expected to be delivered within 2-4 days, once it leaves the factory. All orders would be trackable.

EASY RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Upon receiving your order, if it doesn't fit or you just like to return it, you have 10 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.
Before proceeding a return note that:- The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. Leather soles scratch easily at first so please try your shoes on a soft surface. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes on a non-scratch surface).
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
- Please contact us through email at vinay@kings.shoes before you return the shoes so that we can arrange the necessary pickup.
If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Kings Retail will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
